Swimmers graduate from the Super Gold Squad and move to the Turbo Squad which is based in the outdoor 50 metre pool

Swimmers who wish to train upto 4 times per week. The Metro Squad is suitable for swimmers who wish to keep fit, train with their friends, improve their speed and endurance

Performance Squad

Once the Turbo swimmers have achieved the standard, then they are invited to join the Performance Squad. This Squad caters for swimmers aged 11 years and older who wish to compete at regional, national and international level
